Our purpose

Rooted in community.
Built for resilience.

The Transharan Resilience Foundation (TRF) is a Nigerian nonprofit working with communities in Northeastern Nigeria and the wider Sahel to restore ecosystems, conserve biodiversity, build climate resilience and inspire a more sustainable future through environmental education and community-led action.

We believe healthier landscapes create stronger, safer and more prosperous communities — today and for generations to come.
